Instructor Jessica Smith
Jessica Smith began her career with the Department of Revenue in 2019 at the Tacoma field office as a Tax Information Specialist, assisting customers at the front counter. She promoted to a lead in the Telephone Information Center in 2021, and then became a supervisor for TIC in 2023. She is now part of the Education and Outreach team in the Taxpayer Services division of the Department of Revenue.
