Instructors Kenneth Stull, Stella Chau and Dom Tucci
Ken Stull, Revenue Auditor with the Washington State Department of Revenue for the last 17 years. I’ve spent the last 7 of those years in our Out of State division, where I periodically travel to conduct audit assignments. Traveling for work has allowed me to see many locations that I wouldn’t otherwise book a vacation to. The part of my job that I enjoy most is the education aspect of an audit situation, where we can help guide taxpayers to the proper reporting and record keeping practices. My interests outside of work include following any and all sports, traveling for pleasure (especially to find some sunshine in our long winter months here), and spending time with my wife and dogs.

Stella Chau, has been with the Washington State Department of Revenue for over 26 years. I started as High School intern with Compliance Division and came back after college. I spent my first 4 years in Compliance, and the rest is with Audit. I do both in-state and out-of-state audits, every audit is a learning opportunity for both me and my taxpayer. I also teach Agency’s Laws and Rules, New Auditor Training in Headquarter, and attend classroom time and recruiting events at WSUV. My down time would be planning for my fun trips accordingly with different groups (parents, hubby, kids, and friends). I also have a Maltese named Angel that she only loves me when I have treats.

Dom Tucci, Revenue Auditor with the Washington Department of Revenue for two years. I currently audit businesses both in Washington and outside the Evergreen State. The best part of my job is meeting new people. I am constantly inspired by the people I speak with and the stories they relay. My personal goal outside of work is begin traveling more and exploring our world.
