Instructors Karol Saito, CBF and Pam Wagner, CCE
Karol Saito, CBF is the Credit Manager for Rolled Steel Products, Inc. where she has been employed since 1999. Her career in credit began in 2001 when she transferred from Sales to Accounts Receivable and Collections. As an active member of NACM, she served 6 years on the local affiliate’s Board of Directors as well as various NACM committees. Her involvement in the Board, networking with other NACM credit professionals around the country, and encouraging mentors inspired her to earn her CBA designation in 2010. Shortly after receiving the national CBA Designation of Excellence Award in 2012, she went on to earn her CBF designation in 2013. Still an active member and supporter of NACM’s mission to educate local credit professionals. She is currently working on her CCE designation.

Pam Wagner, CCE is a Washington native, raised in Spokane. For the last 20 years she has worked in credit, collections, and accounts receivable. Prior to credit, she worked as a planner/buyer, in inventory management and customer service. She is proud to serve on the NACM Commercial Services Board of Directors. Pam loves taking part in NACM education and certification programs; earning her CCE in 2016. She has been married for 29 years with two wonderful children and a yellow lab named Holly. Pam enjoys camping, boating and snowmobiling with family and friends.
