He worked in two field offices in Oakland and Santa Rosa, and held a position in Tax Policy in HQ. Ross joined the out of state office as a field audit supervisor in 2013 where he supervises a crew of diverse field auditors. He has also been an instructor leading continuing education classes for field auditor on topics such as construction contractors, and graphic arts industries.Stanya Y. Brandon, Senior Tax Auditor, California Department of Tax and Fee AdministrationStanya has been with the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration since 2005. Stanya began her career as a Tax Auditor in the San Diego District Office and expanded her skills in the New York Out-of-State Office. As a Senior Tax Auditor, Stanya is responsible for performing the largest and most difficult Sales and Use Tax audits in the Western states. Stanya graduated from the University of San Diego, with a bachelor of business administration degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.Yulia Jessup, Senior Tax Auditor, California Department of Tax and Fee AdministrationYulia was an auditor in a local Sacramento CPA firm before joining the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration. Yulia joined the Department in 2011 as a Special Taxes auditor for Appeals and Data Analysis unit, Refunds section. Currently, as a Senior Tax Auditor in Petitions department, Yulia is responsible for review and make recommendation on incoming new and existing petitions, taxpayer files and district audit/reaudit workpapers. Yulia graduated from California State University, Sacramento, with a bachelor of science degree in Accounting.
