Instructor Joann Arellano
Joann Arellano, Community Realations Liason, Education and Compliance Division, Arizona Department of Revenue. Joann joined the Arizona department of Revenue in 1993. During her time with the State, Joann’s focus has been primarily in Business Licensing and Compliance. In her subsequent positions she served as the Assistant Director and Director of Business Services at the Secretary of State’s Office. A commonality in all of her experience is providing support and education to businesses which is her passion.
