* filing a proof of claim
* seeking payment for post-petition administrative goods and services
* the automatic stay
* setoff and recoupment
* preference exposure
- Special bankruptcy rules on critical vendors, reclamation creditors and "503 b 9" creditors that shipped goods 20 days prior to the filing
- Serving on a creditor's committee - overview of the process/ benefits
