Judgment or Execution: A hands-on AI webinar for Credit & Collections Teams
Most credit and collections teams have started using AI, but few have a plan for it. They aren’t sure which tasks to hand over, what they can build themselves, or what to look for when a vendor pitches an “AI agent.”
This session gives you that plan. Maya Cohen, Co-founder and CEO of Monto, worked in billing and collections for years before starting the company. She’ll walk you through:
• What AI agents actually are
• Which tasks to hand over to AI, and which to keep
• What to build yourself, what to buy
• How to buy software in this space
• Write a prompt that works
• How to turn a repeat task into a skill
Bring an AI tool and the task that takes up most of your team's week. You’ll write a working prompt during the session and leave with a plan for your first pilot.

Maya Cohen is the Co-founder and CEO of Monto, an AI-powered platform designed to make B2B payments as simple as tapping a credit card. Maya’s journey began in the Israel Defense Forces, where she developed leadership skills. Afterward, she worked at Clique.AI and a distributor of electronic chips, where she led ERP implementation projects. Frustrated by the complexity of these systems, Maya co-founded Monto to bridge the gap between buyers and suppliers and simplify the payment process. She holds a double degree in psychology and business administration from Reichman University.
