Communication and Negotiation in B2B Credit Management

This course will focus on the critical communication and negotiation skills needed by credit managers, finance professionals, and anyone involved in business-to-business (B2B) transactions. • Apply negotiation techniques to reach mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring that credit policies and payment terms are adhered to.
• Develop conflict resolution skills to handle challenging conversations, such as overdue payments, credit limit disputes, and payment delays.
• Understand the psychological aspects of negotiation and how to influence and persuade effectively in B2B credit management scenarios.
• Build stronger, more collaborative relationships with clients, ensuring long-term business success and reducing risks associated with credit management.
