American Metals Corporation is looking to add a Credit Manager to our team! This position is responsible for managing and administering the day-to-day and long-term activities of the credit department and helps to promote and oversee a work environment that is safe and dedicated to customer satisfaction through quality and service.

Contract Analyst supports the review, preparation, and administration of contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. This position works closely with internal departments and coordinating with outside counsel as needed to assist with contract drafting, tracking, and maintaining legal documentation, under supervision of Director of Credits & Contracts. While legal experience is preferred, this is a non-attorney position and involves regular engagement with legal documents and processes, requiring a foundational understanding of contract law, risk assessment, and compliance practices, as well as strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration.
