Contract Analyst supports the review, preparation, and administration of contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. This position works closely with internal departments and coordinating with outside counsel as needed to assist with contract drafting, tracking, and maintaining legal documentation, under supervision of Director of Credits & Contracts. While legal experience is preferred, this is a non-attorney position and involves regular engagement with legal documents and processes, requiring a foundational understanding of contract law, risk assessment, and compliance practices, as well as strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration.
Essential Functions:

- As directed by Director Credit & Contracts assist with preparation of lease documentation, including drafting lease schedules, renewals and documentation checklists.
- Process signatures on lease documents and any other ad hoc documents as necessary; manage and store documents, ensure their accessibility and all folders are up to-date.
- Maintain digital contract libraries and ensure legal documentation is accurate and accessible.
- Track and manage insurance certificates, lease options, and legal documents via SharePoint.
- Support due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.
- Help maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), documentation checklists, and other internal records.
- Provide cross-functional support to business development, legal, and credit teams.
- Assist in preparation of audit materials (lease documentation, etc.) based on requirements from internal or external auditors.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management or legal operations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, legal studies, or related field.
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training.
- 3+ years’ experience in contract management and/or legal operations in a leasing or lending environment.
- Familiarity with lease and/or loan documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
