Credit’s Value on Sales Margins - Why Credit Professionals Belong in the Margin Conversation

Credit teams play a critical role in protecting profitability, but too often, they’re left out of margin conversations. In this practical, eye-opening session, Dan Simpson breaks down how credit decisions directly impact sales margins and why it’s essential for credit professionals to understand the numbers behind the business. In this session, we’ll cover the hidden cost of slow pay and how it erodes profitability as well as other factors, such as credit card fees and bad debt, that impact the bottom-line.
