Thea Dudley, fondly knows as the “Credit Overlord” boasts of 35+ years of unparalleled experience in the building material and construction industry. From starting out with her subcontractor Dad to holding executive roles with major industry leaders, Thea has become a powerhouse in credit management and cashflow optimization. Her strategic leadership and ability to build high performing teams have earned her a stellar reputation. Beyond her roles in finance, Thea is a committed mentor, an engaging industry speaker, and writes the wildly popular Credit Q&A for LBM Journal, along with numerous other publications. She is the author of The Credit Overlord’s Guide to Credit & Collections, host of the newly launched LBM Talks Credit Podcast along with frequent speakerships, virtual learning and as a guest on frequent podcasts.

Keith Prather, MBA: Managing Parter and Co-Founder, Armada Corporate Intelligence. During his 21 years as Armada’s primary strategist, Keith has worked with Fortune 500 companies on everything from economic forecasting to M&A strategy, strategic planning, and corporate marketing efforts. He has pioneered the concept of the Continuous Situation Analysis that companies use in a fast-paced, aggressive modern business environment.

Keith serves as an analyst briefing executives on domestic and global economic outlooks, geopolitical risk, supply chain issues, raw material supply, and environmental impacts on business operations.
