Snavely Forest Products is seeking an Office Assistant

KEY FUNCTIONS & ROLES

General Duties

  • Invoicing of delivery tickets and RMA’s
  • Reconciliation of any shipping/inventory issues
  • File maintenance (tickets and PO’s)
  • Scanning of all files
  • Calling for all credit approvals
  • Calling for Key Rec’s from Mass Merchants
  • Assisting with office supplies maintenance
  • Mailing of all invoices and statements
  • Assist with general office duties as required
  • Answering of phones and directing calls when necessary
  • Part-Time- 25 hours per week, 5 hours a day

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in an office environment a plus
  • Basic understanding of computers (Microsoft Office, etc.)
