Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Credit Coordinator

Job Description:

– Based out of the Portland, OR and Seattle, WA

–  Will work with associates in 4 states
– Reports to Credit Manager
– Provide administrative assistance for the credit department
– Process payments
– Request credit references
– Process applications
– Process customer refunds
– Work uncollected COD’s
– Process job accounts
– Tax certifications/sales tax issues
– Small dollar invoice process
– Answer, screen and route phone calls to the appropriate person

– Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
– Ability to work in a fast paced environment
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Excellent phone etiquette
– Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
– Ability to explore and learn other software applications
– Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines
– Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work as a team member
– Poise to interact with Ferguson management and other company executives, including professional presence and maturity
