Instructor Wanda Borges, Esq.
Wanda Borges, Esq. is the principal member of Borges & Associates, LLC, a law firm based in Syosset, New York. For more than thirty-five years, Ms. Borges has concentrated her practice on commercial litigation and creditors’ rights in bankruptcy matters, representing corporate clients and creditors’ committees throughout the United States in Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court settlements, commercial transactions, and preference litigation.

Steve Scranton is the Chief Investment Officer and Economist for Washington Trust Bank and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation with over 30 years of investment and economic experience.
Throughout the Northwest, Steve is a well-known speaker on economic conditions and the financial markets. He also actively participates on committees within the Bank to help design strategies and policies related to bank owned investments.
